Ground Floor Team Member – Barnsley Central M1 J37 Premier Inn

Location

Barnsley Central M1 J37 Premier Inn. The Shambles, Gateway Plazza, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S70 2SB

Working Hours

12 hours per week

Pay

Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract

Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Shifts

Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

About the Role

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

Depending On Where You’re Needed, You Might

  • Welcome guests and help them check in
  • Serve breakfast or evening meals
  • Answer questions and help solve problems
  • Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
  • Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
  • Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
