Groundcare Specialist
Location
Swineshead, Boston PE20 3PS
Reporting directly to the Groundcare Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of Husqvarna, Hayter, and Toro groundcare equipment to both domestic and commercial customers throughout your designated territory.
Covering Lincolnshire, Peterborough, and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftersales support.
As more than 80% of our Groundcare portfolio now consists of robotic mowing technology, you will also be involved in the installation and handover of robotic products. Previous experience with robotic mowers or gardening and grounds maintenance would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Husqvarna, Hayter, and Toro Groundcare product ranges.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry through to quotation, sale, delivery, and customer handover.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Promote the B&B brand professionally and positively within your territory.
- Demonstrate products both on-site and at customer premises.
- Carry out robotic mower installations and customer handovers where required.
- Work closely with the Parts and Service departments to deliver excellent customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous sales experience within the Groundcare, Agricultural, or Construction Equipment industries.
- A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and generate new business.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude and a friendly, customer-focused personality.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manage customer information effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.

- Experience demonstrating machinery to customers.
