Location: Penge – Seymour Villas
Salary: £29,903 - £32,926 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible options considered
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates
- Carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection
- Use of petrol and electric tools
- Mowing and strimming of grassed areas
- Hedge trimming
- General gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding, and pruning)
- Transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers
Requirements
