Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Mold, Wales, Wales
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising grounds maintenance teams
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
- Weed control and litter picking
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Liaising with customers and completing basic paperwork/system updates

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' Grounds Maintenance experience
- Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering quality work
- Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment
