What You’ll Do
As a Grounds Person, you will:
- Complete a wide range of grounds jobs to the highest standard, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, tree works, and gritting
- Maintain the presentation and safety of park grounds for the enjoyment of owners and guests
- Observe all Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team
- Work collaboratively within a team to support the upkeep of the entire park environment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in maintaining landscapes and grounds, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general gardening
- Be reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in Health and Safety practices within outdoor environments
- Customer-focused, with excellent people skills and a proactive attitude
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
