Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Daylesford is one of the UK's leading organic farms, celebrated for its commitment to sustainable farming, quality produce, and beautiful surroundings. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team and help maintain the grounds of our stunning 2,500-acre estate on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that is passionate about the land, nature, and the environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role, responsible for the presentation and maintenance of approximately 20 acres surrounding the Farm Shop, Event Spaces, Spa, Private Club, and production units. The grounds include formal hedges, topiary, orchards, lawns, large planters, raised beds, flower beds, outside dining areas, and car parks. All maintained to an exceptionally high standard befitting one of the UK's most respected organic Farmshop destinations.

Working closely with and supporting Groundscare Head Gardener and Assistant Manager, you will be part of a professional, passionate, and well-equipped team that takes great pride in delivering the immaculate standards our stakeholders and customers expect every day.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
You will have a can-do attitude and desire to learn and improve your skills in the maintenance of high-quality green spaces; lawns, topiary, hedges, orchards, planters, and formal garden features. An interest in horticulture, an eye for detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation are essential.
You will be physically fit, enjoy working outdoors in all conditions, and thrive as part of a close-knit team that holds itself to the highest standards. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but isn’t essential. Horticultural training is offered to the right candidate.
