The Role
Do you have previous experience in both gardening duties and general maintenance duties, are you able to work fast and efficiently without compromising on standards? If so, we have the job for you.
As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running and making the best impression to our guests during their visit through your impeccable workmanship both in the grounds and inside the property.
Role Specification
- Caring and maintaining of the grounds, gardens, and property
- Any such duties, within reason, that will enhance the gardens at the House
- Undertaking activities to maintain a safe and clean external environment
- Assisting with checking the safe operation of all mechanical, electrical equipment
- General DIY and maintenance
- Assisting with minor repairs

Personal Specification
Essentials
- Have proven experience in gardening, landscaping, and general maintenance work.
- Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Have the physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirables
- Hold relevant certifications in gardening, landscaping, or maintenance are a plus.
Additional Information
- Working 5 out of 7 days a week
- 37.5 hours per week
- 7am to 3pm
- Annual Salary £24,148.00
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
