We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker / 360 Excavator Operator for a residential project in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking operative looking for an immediate start on a 5-week project or longer.
About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out a variety of groundwork duties
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently when required
- Drainage installation and associated groundwork
- Preparing and constructing a new driveway
- Assisting with all aspects of a house extension project
- Working closely with the site team while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Following all health & safety regulations on site

Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (preferred)
- Proven experience in both groundworks and 360 excavator operation
- Experience with drainage and residential groundwork projects
- Full PPE
- References available from previous employers
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Calm, polite, and professional attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to start on Monday
