About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join a Brand New Project in Eastleigh on Monday.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working on a variety of construction and ground investigation projects, supporting the site team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The role will involve carrying out a range of groundworks activities, including:
- Digging trial holes and trial pits
- Site set-up and preparation
- Assisting with the trialling and testing of areas of land in accordance with project requirements

You will be expected to work from site drawings and follow instructions provided by the site management team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping on site
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Assist with any other general site duties as required
Health and Safety
You will be expected to adhere to all health and safety procedures, wear the appropriate PPE at all times, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a Groundworker or within a similar construction environment
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to undertake a variety of site tasks and follow changing project requirements
