Job Title: Groundworker
Location: Rochester area (plus upcoming sites across Kent)
Pay Rate: GBP20.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, ongoing work
About the Role
We are looking for experienced, reliable Groundworkers for an immediate start on a key site near Rochester. This is an ongoing position with the potential to transition onto future contracts across Kent for the right candidates.
You will be involved in all stages of groundworks, from initial site prep to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Drainage: Installing shallow drainage systems, pipework, and manholes.
- Sub-Structures: Slab laying, concrete pouring, footings, and foundations.
- Finishing Work: Slabbing, block paving, kerbing, and edging.
- General Site Prep: Operating small plant (if tickets are held) and hand digging where required.

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Proven experience covering all aspects of groundworks (civils and residential)
- Full PPE (Hard hat, steel toe boots, hi-vis)
- CPCS/NPORS Dumper or Digger tickets (Desirable, but not essential)
- Reliable transport to get to site daily
