Job Opportunity: Groundworker in Eastleigh
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworker to join a Brand New Project in Eastleigh on Monday.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be working on a variety of construction and ground investigation projects, supporting the site team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of groundworks activities, including digging trial holes and trial pits, site set-up and preparation, and assisting with the trialling and testing of areas of land in accordance with project requirements.
- Working from site drawings and following instructions provided by the site management team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within programme.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping on site.
- Using tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Assisting with any other general site duties as required.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures, wearing the appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contributing to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.

- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience working as a Groundworker or within a similar construction environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to undertake a variety of site tasks and follow changing project requirements.
