Teamforce Labour is currently looking for experienced Groundworkers for upcoming works in Shepherd's Bush, West London, W12.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors on a major project.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience working as a Groundworker within civil engineering or construction
- Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworker NVQ Level 2 Diploma
- CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper – Essential
- Valid Safety Critical Medical – Essential
- Good experience in drainage, kerbing, concreting, ducting, and general groundworks
- Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full valid UK Driving Licence – Beneficial
- Full PPE
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks
- Drainage, ducting, excavations, foundations, kerbing, and concreting
- Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper safely and competently as required
- Assisting with excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement works
- Working alongside site management and other trades to meet programme requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with site health & safety procedures
