Role Description
The Groundworker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds. Day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out general groundworks such as excavation, trenching, drainage installation, concreting, and site preparation in line with project specifications. The role also involves assisting with landscaping, basic reinstatement, and surfacing activities, while operating or working around plant and machinery safely. Groundworkers will follow health and safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate closely with site supervisors, plant operators, and other team members to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have experience in all aspects of backend groundworks including kerbing/edgings/flagging /drainage / plot finishing all works complete to a high standard
- Candidates should have a positive attitude towards Health And Safety on site
- Candidates should hold all relevant tickets and CSCS cards, for example, 360 dumper roller
