Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks & Civils)

The Role
- Manage project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour
- Negotiate subcontract agreements and ensure groundwork operations remain profitable and contractual compliant
- Your time will be split between our main Northampton office and sites across the surrounding counties
- You will take ownership of your projects from inception to final accounts with direct backing from the owners

What We Are Looking For
- You must have a strong background in civil engineering and groundworks
- You will be experienced in managing project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and ensuring groundwork operations remain profitable and contractually compliant
- Be proactive, have a self-starting mindset—someone who loves to solve problems independently
- Have excellent communication skills to manage client relationships directly on site
