💥 £65K–£70K 💥 Leeds – Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)

Working across brand, creative, strategy and activations, the agency is known for producing standout work, building long-term client partnerships, and fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture where great ideas thrive.
About the role
As Group Account Director, you'll be a senior client partner, leading key relationships while overseeing the development and delivery of integrated creative campaigns from brief through to execution. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping creative concepts, driving strategic conversations, and ensuring exceptional delivery across a variety of channels and disciplines.
Alongside client leadership, you'll inspire and mentor a talented client services team, helping to create an environment where people thrive and great work happens.
What you'll be doing day to day
- Building and developing senior client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
- Leading integrated creative campaigns across retail, brand, above-the-line, experiential, activations, and wider marketing channels
- Working closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to shape compelling creative concepts and deliver outstanding work
- Driving projects from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, commercial success, and client satisfaction throughout
- Leading, coaching, and developing the client services team, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Confidently presenting creative work, strategic thinking, and campaign recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts while supporting new business, pitches, and agency initiatives

About you
This role would suit an experienced Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who loves building relationships, leading teams, and delivering ambitious creative work. You'll be commercially aware, strategically minded, and passionate about creating campaigns that make an impact.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a senior client services role within a creative or integrated agency
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across a range of channels, including retail, activations, events, and above-the-line work
- A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge briefs and help shape creative direction
- An inspirational people leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior clients
- Naturally personable, enthusiastic, and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and experience growing client partnerships
- Calm, organized, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment
