Group Account Director

London (Hybrid) | £70,000–£85,000 DOE | Reporting to CEO

An award-winning, independently owned content marketing agency is looking for a Group Account Director to take ownership of a small portfolio of key accounts — leading the teams that serve them and taking full responsibility for their retention, growth and profitability.

This is a senior, multi-channel agency with deep editorial expertise across digital, CRM, print, social, video and more — working with membership, B2B and consumer clients across a range of verticals, including some highly complex, global programmes. This hire is a statement of intent: a genuinely ambitious agency investing in senior talent to match its ambitions for clients and for itself.

About you

  • You're a dynamic, low-ego, collaborative senior account leader with significant agency-side experience in content marketing or an adjacent discipline.
  • You understand what drives engagement, retention and value across a range of client types, and you're comfortable developing coherent content strategies and delivering integrated programmes — from always-on comms and magazines to campaigns, CRM and social.
  • You lead with natural gravitas: confident with clients and senior stakeholders, commercially astute, articulate, innovative, and organised with genuinely outstanding attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
