Purpose of the job

This is a senior portfolio leadership role responsible for leading, growing and managing a complex multi-client, multi-market portfolio across the Technology sector.

Reporting to a SVP Client Engagement, the role will act as the senior lead for a client portfolio in Europe, providing client continuity, commercial ownership and regional leadership. The position is UK based, reflecting the concentration of the portfolio's highest client spend and the need to provide direct leadership to our teams, strengthen market presence, drive growth across emerging sector opportunities, and ensure effective development of our creative proposition within the UK market.

The role carries accountability for client strategy, commercial performance, growth delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and leadership of senior account teams across the region. You will bring significant experience managing large-scale, multi-market client portfolios, ideally with exposure to $75m+ annual revenue or equivalent commercial complexity.

This is a senior leadership role, but it requires a hands-on operator. You'll need to be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, working directly with account leads, clients, finance, operations and delivery teams to remove blockers, protect performance and convert opportunities into growth.

The position offers a rare opportunity to take senior ownership of a Technology portfolio at a pivotal stage of HH Global’s growth. This UK-based role will provide the regional leadership required to protect and grow key client relationships, strengthen commercial performance, and support the next phase of Technology sector expansion. A strong UK presence is essential to drive growth across our new sector opportunities, alongside managing the advancement of the local teams based in market.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Leadership + Growth

  • Define and lead portfolio-wide client strategies across the client group, ensuring alignment with global client objectives and long-term business priorities
  • Develop and execute organic growth plans across priority accounts, including whitespace mapping, stakeholder expansion, service-line penetration, and strategic account development
  • Lead and support RFP, pitch, and proposal activity, driving successful conversion of new business opportunities and expansion of existing client relationships
  • Identify and unlock opportunities across marketing operations, creative production, retail execution, experiential, digital, procurement, data, measurement, and technology-enabled services
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping long-term transformation roadmaps and business outcomes
  • Deliver measurable revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and margin improvement across complex client environments

Executive Client Leadership + Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders across global, regional, and local client organizations
  • Establish HH Global as a strategic partner by proactively advising, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders to drive business value
  • Create and maintain executive engagement plans that strengthen senior sponsorship and unlock growth opportunities
  • Lead governance structures and executive business reviews across the portfolio
  • Represent HH Global in senior client governance forums, executive business reviews, planning sessions and selected industry engagements

Transformation + Integrated Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee integrated delivery models across multiple markets, ensuring consistent quality, governance, compliance, and performance
  • Drive operational excellence through innovation, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure successful execution across global, regional, and local teams while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and client value
  • Balance strategic transformation priorities with operational delivery excellence

Leadership + Organizational Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior account leaders and portfolio leadership teams across multiple markets
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, succession planning, and talent development
  • Drive alignment across global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent client experience and portfolio performance
  • Establish a clear operating cadence across the client portfolio, including account reviews, growth tracking, escalation management, financial performance, delivery risk and leadership alignment

Commercial + Financial Leadership

  • Own portfolio P&L performance across EMEA, including revenue, contribution, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Develop and defend commercial plans, investment cases, restructuring proposals, growth strategies, and resource models
  • Drive margin optimization and operational efficiency while maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction
  • Oversee financial governance, contractual performance, pricing strategy, and commercial risk management
  • Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to ensure sustainable portfolio growth and profitability
  • Stay close to the commercial detail of priority accounts, ensuring forecasts, risks, opportunities, margin improvement plans and client investment cases are understood and actively managed

Senior Internal Leadership

  • Act as a senior business leader within HH Global, contributing to broader organizational strategy and performance
  • Support strategic initiatives that strengthen HH Global's global account management model and market-leading client partnerships
  • Contribute to leadership forums, succession planning, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives

Knowledge, skills + experience

Strategic Portfolio Leadership + Growth

  • Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, with a focus on the UK market, including regional complexity, governance requirements and local market execution
  • Experience operating within global account structures, balancing global strategy, regional governance and local market delivery
  • Proven capability in developing and embedding innovative creative propositions to strengthen market positioning across the UK and a varied client portfolio

Portfolio + Commercial Leadership

  • Significant experience leading complex multi-market client portfolios, ideally £50m+ / $75m+ annual revenue responsibility
  • Demonstrated success delivering portfolio growth, client transformation, and commercial expansion at scale
  • Proven track record managing large and complex P&L structures with accountability for revenue, contribution, profitability, and growth
  • Strong experience developing commercial strategies, investment cases, business plans, forecasts, and organizational restructuring initiatives
  • Evidence of successfully leading new business pursuits, RFP responses, and major account expansion programs

Transformation + Delivery Excellence

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and operational delivery models
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs across multiple markets and stakeholder groups
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic change with delivery excellence
  • Experience navigating complex global supply chains, production environments, and service delivery ecosystems
