Group Account Director — Publicis
Up to £84k base + commission

We're hiring a Group Account Director to own one of the most important relationships a global omnichannel media platform has with Publicis in the UK. The trading deal is already in place. The opportunity is real. What's missing is the right person to go and run it.
- You're a player-coach, not a manager who used to sell.
- You still get into market yourself. You still own relationships, run pitches, and close business personally, while bringing two junior sellers with you and building them into a team of three (with the scope to grow well beyond that, fast, if you make an impact). If you've drifted into pure people-management and haven't sold anything meaningful in the last year or two, this isn't for you.

You've got real relationships inside Publicis, ideally Zenith, Starcom, Spark or similar and you know how the buying teams actually work.

Historic name-drops don't count. We need someone who can pick up the phone this month and get a meeting.

You're humble enough to be good at this long-term.

The strongest people we've met for this role can tell you, unprompted, where they've got it wrong and what they'd do differently. If market conditions, product, or "the business" are always the reason things didn't land, this role will frustrate you and you'll frustrate the people around you.

Bonus: you've sold into social buying teams and can translate that into CTV. If your background is at a major social/platform business and you've built trust with social buyers, there's a genuinely interesting angle here, translating those relationships into a CTV and video-first proposition. Not essential, but it'll get our attention.
The deal: up to £84k base + commission, with real scope to expand your remit if you land this well.
