💥 Group Account Director

💥 £65k–£75k 💥 Leeds – Hybrid

About the role…

As Group Account Director, you’ll be a senior leader within the agency, taking ownership of key client relationships and leading a portfolio of accounts and projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring clients receive brilliant strategic and creative solutions, while working closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and wider agency teams to deliver outstanding work.

You’ll also play a key role in developing the account team, driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing day to day…

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Leading integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery
  • Taking overall ownership of key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and wider agency teams
  • Presenting strategic and creative recommendations to senior clients
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing accounts
  • Supporting new business opportunities and pitches
  • Leading, mentoring and developing Account Managers, Account Directors and wider teams
  • Helping to shape the wider client and agency strategy

About you…

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Director or Group Account Director with a strong agency background and a proven track record of leading client relationships, integrated campaigns and high-performing teams.
