Location: Runcorn, Cheshire - 5 days per week.

Companies: Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited & DCB Legal & Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited & New ventures

Reports to: Accounts Team Leader

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent. 36.5hrs (Mon-Thur 9am-5pm; Fri 9am-4pm) - 30 mins lunch break.

Salary: £28,500 per annum + £6,000 per annum Bonus

Role Overview

This is a new role to help support the Finance Department with the growth of the business, and is a broad role that will assist in a group level across both companies with the accurate and timely processing day-to-day financial administration. The role ensures, financial records are well maintained, and the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Role and Tasks

  • A broad role, which will look to gain exposure across all of the team to assist with annual leave and sickness cover for business continuity.
  • Assisting with Abort fee ownership in finance, ensuring correct end to end flows and reconciliation
  • Assisting with Client payback preparation and loading payments into the bank
  • Credit card reconciliations and invoice processing
  • Ownership of the creditors and chasing copy invoices.
  • Unremitted Review and chasing clients for bank details to clear payments
  • Assisting Bank Reconciliations and EPDQ Processing
  • Covering holidays across the group.
