Apprenticeship Administration Team

The Apprenticeship Administration team provides front-line customer service to a wide range of audiences including apprentices, parents/carers, employers and other key stakeholders.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across all aspects of apprenticeship programme. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that apprenticeship programmes meet regulatory and funding requirements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enrolment and onboarding of apprentices
  • Maintain Apprentice records and data within college systems
  • Ensure adherence to funding and audit requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact for apprentices, employers, and stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style who can work closely with colleagues as well as independently on specific tasks.

  • Enthusiastic about education and working with young people
  • Experience working with ProSolution and the rest of the Pro Suite is fantastic, but we’ll provide full training for those who haven’t
  • Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong level of IT skills is essential

Job Details

  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week during weekdays with some requirement to support open days and evening events throughout the year
  • Location: Based at our Watford campus, with occasional requirement to work at our Hemel campus
