About The Role
We are excited to be recruiting for a Group Bodyshop Estimator to assist in overseeing our group of Bodyshop’s. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups.
As a Group Bodyshop Estimator, you will be required to ensure that customers' vehicles are fully and accurately assessed for repair to a high standard in line with contractual agreements and certified repair methodology. Assisting our site Estimators day to day ensuring high accuracy and competency levels are upheld. Quality checking will be key. An average day as a Group Bodyshop Estimator
- You will work closely with our Bodyshop Managers and be responsible for compiling & quality checking estimates on vehicles that require body repairs and paintwork to a high standard.
- You will be responsible for maintaining Audatex profiles, keeping them up to date with the most recent insurer information.
- You will ensure estimates are produced in accordance with Thatcham/Manufacture methods but also profitable to repair.
- You will obtain final authorisation for completed repairs; liaising with insurance companies to gain authorisation for invoicing.
- You will supply insurers with parts/sub contract details for audit when required.
- You will assist our Bodyshop Managers with duties involved in the running of the Bodyshop’s.

About You
- You will have fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
- You will have the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your calm ability that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.
- You will have experience in developing relationships with customers third party companies (such as insurance companies) and your colleagues.
- You must be Audatex fluent & certified.
- You must have GT Motive knowledge.
- Ideally, you will have ATA/VDA but it is not essential.
- Ideally, you will have Autoflow experience but it is not essential.
- You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive profitable department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.
