Group Business Development & Bid Manager (m/f/d) | Selecta Group Headquarters | Europe

To strengthen our Group Growth Team at Selecta Headquarters, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Group Business Development & Bid Manager (m/f/d) to support the acquisition of new pan-European customers and lead strategic international bid activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert pan-European and multi-country business opportunities to support Selecta's growth ambitions.
- Coordinate regional and international tenders from qualification through submission, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop compelling customer proposals and bid responses by bringing together commercial, operational, financial, and sustainability inputs from multiple countries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic business opportunities, new market channels, and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and functional experts across Europe to create competitive customer solutions.
- Support customer presentations, negotiations, clarification meetings, and due diligence processes.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, bid reporting, and CRM maintenance.
- Coordinate the successful onboarding and implementation of newly won international customers across participating markets.
- Support the administration and reporting of assigned Group opportunities and accounts.
- Contribute to strengthening Selecta's position as a preferred partner for international customers across Europe.

Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Commercial Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Bid Management, Tender Management, Sales Excellence, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong track record of coordinating complex bids, tenders, proposals, or international business opportunities.
- Experience working across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholder groups within an international environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, pricing, margins, and customer requirements.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM skills, with the ability to create professional customer-facing materials and reports.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
