Group CEO / Co-Founder – B2B SaaS, HealthTech & International Growth

Company: Skillscaper

Stage: Early-stage / Pre-funding

Compensation: Equity-based until funding or sufficient revenue is secured

Skillscaper is a French technology startup building immersive assessment and training solutions based on real-world professional situations.

Our technology is already built and operational. We are now looking for the Group CEO / Co-Founder who can help turn Skillscaper into a strong international business.

Healthcare is currently our main entry market, with applications across workforce assessment, professional readiness, onboarding and training. However, the technology is designed to expand across multiple industries.

What we need now

The next stage of Skillscaper is primarily about commercial execution, fundraising and international growth.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Secure our first significant customers and strategic partnerships
  • Build a strong B2B commercial strategy and sales pipeline
  • Lead our planned €1.4M funding round and engage relevant investors
  • Develop relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Help identify and prioritize the strongest commercial use cases for our technology
  • Build the company and team as funding and revenue develop
  • Lead Skillscaper's expansion across Europe, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and other international markets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
