Remuneration: £25,000 per annum, plus expenses
Location: Homeworking, with Board Meetings in Birchwood, Warrington
Days per Month: 4 - 8
Due to the end of a permitted tenure, Your Housing Group now has the opportunity to appoint a new Group Chair of the board
There’s a great deal that’s different about Your Housing Group. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to building and maintaining as many quality houses as possible. We have a large and diverse portfolio of over 25,000 properties for social, affordable and private rental, spanning the Northwest, Yorkshire and the Midlands.
In the last few years, we have streamlined our group structure and developed more effective business/customer facing services. We have invested a significant amount in our assets and are well advanced in our Building Safety works. We have worked in partnership with Homes England and delivered thousands of new homes, playing our part in solving the housing crisis.

But we also know that the sector faces some big challenges and as we move forward, we are looking to attract a new Group Chair that shares our vision, values and goals and can lead us into the next stage of our development.

As Group Chair, you’ll be instrumental in helping to set our strategic direction and will be an inspirational and motivational leader to our Group Board members and Non-Executive Directors.
