About the Role
An exciting opportunity as Group Chef Manager has arisen at Aramark UK to look after one of our key clients. This is a fast-paced role at the heart of our Princess Yachts account. You will be responsible for leading and managing all catering, food service, and hospitality operations across 5 locations.
We are recruiting this role on a full-time and permanent basis and the role is predominantly Monday – Friday, with very occasional out-of-hours work.

A day in the life of a Group Chef Manager:
- Lead and manage all catering, food service, and hospitality operations across multiple sites.
- Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Oversee planning and execution of catering events, conferences, hospitality functions, and special events.
- Manage budgets, P&L performance, food costs, labour costs, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop management teams and frontline employees.
- Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, food safety regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Lead large teams, including managers, supervisors, chefs, and catering staff, ensuring excellent employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations within a catering, hospitality, facilities management, or related service environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) management, budget setting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective client relationships, with a focus on service delivery, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety legislation, health and safety requirements, and regulatory compliance within a catering or hospitality environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with clients, senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build credibility at all levels of an organisation.
