About us
Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn’t stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives.
By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. Joining our team means stepping into a critical role with the authority and responsibility to drive significant business outcomes and shape the strategic trajectory of the company and the industry.
We are powered by a culture of ownership, relentless execution, and strategic foresight. We are brave in our approach, making courageous decisions and tackling challenges head-on, underpinned by a deep sense of responsibility for sustainable, ethical, and long-term success.
What you'll be doing
As Group CFO, you will serve as the primary financial strategist and a key partner to the CEO, shaping Satispay’s international financial roadmap from our Milan headquarters.
Your mandate includes overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, capital allocation and consolidated finance activities, supporting the company’s growth and future capital markets objectives.
You will lead and scale a best-in-class Group Finance organization, spanning FP&A, Financial Control, Group Reporting, Investor Relations, and Finance Business Partnering capabilities, while ensuring consistent financial governance and alignment across all entities, including our regulated financial activities in Luxembourg.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Executive Financial Strategy: Act as a primary member of the Executive Team, influencing corporate development, monetization plans, and the overarching business model.
- Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy, including capital allocation priorities, profitability frameworks, and value creation initiatives across business lines and geographies.
- Corporate Finance & Capital Management: Lead all corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, investor relations, M&A execution, financial due diligence, and valuation processes. Act as a key interface with the Board, shareholders, and institutional investors, supporting IPO preparation or capital markets readiness initiatives.
- Financial Reporting & Governance: Oversee Group financial reporting, including consolidated accounts, statutory reporting, and financial governance across all entities. Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data, supporting both internal decision-making and external reporting requirements.
- FP&A & Growth Performance: Lead Group FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all business units. Develop forward-looking financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning, and resource allocation across the company.
- Group Finance Organization: Ensure strong alignment between strategic planning, operational execution, and financial performance management across all entities.
- Entity Governance: Oversee the Luxembourg banking subsidiary, ensuring effective financial governance and alignment with Group standards. Work closely with the Bank CFO and local leadership on regulatory reporting, treasury management, and financial control activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
