Newly created Group Communications Director role for PE backed global operator
Our client is the largest operator in their sector in the UK and one of the leading operators globally. While they have over 10,000 employees, their culture is fast paced, highly autonomous, inclusive and refreshingly non-corporate. We have worked with them for many years on a range of critical appointments and are currently partnering with them on a search for a Group Communications Director. This is a newly created position within their org structure and it will play a key role in supporting their ambitious international growth strategy.

This role will lead and coordinate the global corporate communications strategy for the Group, delivering consistent messaging, reputation management and strategic alignment across all countries and markets. It will develop proactive communications frameworks to support long term business objectives, provide robust leadership during crisis and incident situations and work closely with the Exec and international leadership across Europe, North America and other global regions.
