Company Secretary & Head of Legal

Location: United Kingdom
Structure: Equity-Based (Founding Leadership Role)
Group: Atyourtime Group

Atyourtime Group is a UK-based, technology-led business building secure, verifiable delivery infrastructure powered by our patented Tag & Scan technology.

We operate across two core entities:

  • Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery – the UK’s first tamper-proof, scan-verified food delivery platform
  • Atyourtime Technology – a SaaS and enterprise infrastructure business delivering white-label platforms, modular delivery systems and API-first solutions for last-mile operations across regulated and high-value sectors

We are not building another delivery app. We are building a trust layer for delivery ecosystems.

As we prepare for scale, enterprise rollout and investor engagement, we are seeking a Company Secretary & Head of Legal to take ownership of governance, legal architecture and risk strategy across the Group.

This is a founding-level leadership role with direct access to the CEO and Board.

The Role

You will lead legal strategy across all Group entities, ensuring strong governance, protected IP, clean corporate structure and scalable commercial frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
