Group Consolidation Manager – International, Multi‑Entity Environment
We’re supporting a high‑growth, globally diversified listed group in appointing a Group Consolidation Manager to lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful consolidated financial reporting across a 200+ entity structure. This is a hands‑on, technically strong role suited to someone with deep industry experience in complex, multi‑currency environments.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the group consolidation process, ensuring high‑quality half‑year and annual reporting, robust balance sheet analysis and smooth coordination across international finance teams. Working closely with the Finance Director, Group Reporting and FP&A, you’ll strengthen financial governance, streamline processes and support wider transformation activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Run end‑to‑end multi‑currency consolidation across 200+ international entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Deliver half‑year and annual group reporting, including disclosures, audit support and statutory requirements
- Lead balance sheet review and analysis, challenging assumptions and ensuring integrity of group financials
- Partner with the FP&A team to support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Maintain and enhance consolidation models, reporting templates and group‑wide processes
- Support finance transformation, systems improvements and streamlining initiatives across the group
- Act as a key liaison for international finance teams, ensuring consistent standards and timely submissions
- Contribute to continuous improvement across controls, data quality and reporting efficiency

About You
- Qualified Accountant, with strong technical and audit grounding and subsequent industry experience in complex, multi‑entity environments
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑currency consolidations
- Strong understanding of group reporting, statutory requirements and audit processes
- Confident analysing balance sheet positions and challenging variances
- Collaborative communicator able to work across international teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is highly desirable
