In this position you will…

  • Lead bolttech’s global content strategy and shape how our story is told across internal and external channels.
  • Create compelling multimedia content, executive communications and thought leadership aligned with business, brand and marketing priorities.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and teams across markets, uphold editorial quality and a consistent brand voice while using audience insights, analytics, search and AI optimisation to strengthen reach, engagement and discoverability.

You will be responsible for…

  • Leading bolttech’s content strategy and manage communications and creative assets across written, visual, video and live-event formats, including executive communications, leadership presentations and speechwriting.
  • Managing content across owned platforms, including the website CMS, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Optimising content for digital marketing (eDMs), search and AI environments (SEO/AEO), ensuring bolttech’s voice and thought leadership remain visible, credible and competitive across evolving discovery platforms.
  • Working across a broad mix of multimedia formats, channels and topics in a team that values storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Managing supporting agencies and vendors across design, video production, translation and PR.
  • Defining and tracking content performance, using analytics and insights to continuously improve strategy, distribution, audience targeting, search visibility and AI discoverability across channels.
  • Partnering with senior business, marketing and communications stakeholders to shape narratives, identify content opportunities and provide strategic advice on content and storytelling.
  • Leading thought leadership programmes, including industry reports, research, executive profiling, awards programmes, bylines and speaking opportunities.
  • Maintaining editorial standards, content governance, approval processes, tone of voice and brand consistency across owned channels.
  • Partnering closely with marketing colleagues to align content with campaigns, demand generation and brand positioning across key markets and verticals.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Six-plus years’ experience in communications, content, PR, journalism or marketing, ideally internationally or agency-side.
  • Exceptional English writing, editing and storytelling skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong editorial judgement, research and critical thinking across B2B, B2C, employee, investor and public audiences.
  • Confident advising senior leaders and collaborating with subject-matter experts across cultures and geographies.
  • Digital fluency across PowerPoint, CMS, CRM, social platforms and AI-powered content tools; design software capability is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of brand, marketing, audience segmentation and content performance analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at pace with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who takes ownership, learns quickly and grasps complexity.
