Job Title: Group Marketing Coordinator

Location: North Bristol – Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £32,000

Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant plays a key support role within the LivGreen marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaigns, content, and communications across the business.

This role covers social media and content creation, internal communications, events, marketing materials, research, and reporting. You will support day-to-day marketing activity while ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual looking to develop their marketing career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager, who will provide guidance, direction, and support, as well as review work and help set objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Assist with the creation of social media content in line with the marketing strategy
  • Conduct market and audience research, including competitor analysis
  • Support internal communications, including maintaining content on the company intranet (SharePoint)
  • Coordinate weekly company huddle slides, liaising with teams across the business
  • Provide ad-hoc creative and administrative support to the marketing team
  • Support event activities, including preparing presentations and materials for the business development team
  • Assist with the production and distribution of the monthly client newsletter
  • Support the development and updating of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, advertisements)
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (designers, agencies, printers)
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing function
  • Attend marketing events and conferences when required

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic website knowledge and understanding of digital platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative, proactive, and positive approach to work
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
