Right now, we’re seeking a Group Design Integrity Specialist to join our team in London. As part of our vision to build delightful and scalable component libraries for our platforms, we’re seeking an experienced Design Integrity Specialist. You will be executing and maintaining multi-brand component library, patterns, styles, variables and more with required level of documentation. You will maintain the design integrity throughout the conception, execution, and delivery process.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

  • Crafting and evolving FEG design and visual language in partnership with Design Integrity Lead. Including design component library, typography, colour, iconography, and more, ensuring a high-quality and cohesive player experience
  • Tokenise and standardise multi-brand elements. Integrate new elements when introduced to create a consistent system that reflects FEG design principles
  • Apply holistic thinking and a big-picture perspective to evolve the DS, identifying and addressing challenges that span across platforms and channels
  • Regularly conduct design audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, continuously improving FEG brand portfolio design quality
  • Maintain and scale Figma libraries for native, mobile and desktop, ensuring they are accessible, scalable, and integrated into team workflows.
  • Support Design Integrity Team Lead to advocate the adoption of system to product and engineering teams by establishing a contribution model that enables efficient design coherence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a product and design with a portfolio highlighting systems you’ve created or contributed to, showcasing a strong understanding of scalable design.
  • 3+ years in Product Design with 2+ years at least specialising in design integrity projects.
  • You have experience designing both mobile app and desktop environments, ensuring seamless usability across devices.
  • Skilled in creating modular, accessible, and user-centered designs that scale to millions of users.
  • Technically proficient, comfortable in partnering closely with engineers, you understand the technical considerations of DS implementation.
  • You value experimentation, data, and analysis, using these insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to leverage communication, problem-solving, skills to achieve project goals and deliverables.
