Bring your creativity and digital storytelling expertise to a global business shaping the future of mobility.

At Inchcape, we’re pursuing an exciting strategy to evolve our global business and accelerate our industry. As part of our Group Communications team, you’ll help bring Inchcape’s story to life across our global digital channels, creating engaging content that showcases our strategy, people, culture and business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their communications career, gaining broad exposure across digital content, social media, video production and corporate storytelling within a global organisation.

What you'll do

  • Create engaging digital content for Inchcape’s Group channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube and the corporate website.
  • Film, edit and produce short-form video content, graphics and digital assets that bring corporate stories to life.
  • Support the management and development of Inchcape’s digital presence, including social media content and website updates.
  • Partner with colleagues across regions and markets to identify, source and repurpose content for Group-level audiences.
  • Monitor content performance, track trends and help optimise digital storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Support key corporate moments, leadership communications, events and campaigns while maintaining content calendars and asset libraries.

About you

  • Experience creating digital, social, video or visual content, gained in communications, marketing, social media, agency or design environments.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple digital channels.
  • Confident using content creation and editing tools, including video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and social media platforms.
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to translate business messages into clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, website content management systems and digital analytics, or the willingness to develop these skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive and curious, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships across teams, cultures and geographies.
  • Comfortable using a range of digital content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), video editing platforms such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar, Microsoft PowerPoint, LinkedIn publishing and analytics tools, website CMS platforms, and basic filming, lighting and audio techniques.
