About the role:
1.0 FTE | Salary: £ Competitive salary
Primary location: Orpington and Bromley, with travel across College, Trust and community sites as required
Elevare Education Foundation is seeking an ambitious and values-led Director to establish and lead the new Elevare Sports Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a distinctive, high-impact platform that uses sport and physical activity to transform lives, widen participation, improve wellbeing and create new opportunities for learners and communities.
Working across Elevare Civic Education Group, including London South East Colleges and London South East Academies Trust, the successful candidate will lead programme development, strategic partnerships, income generation, sponsorship and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for someone with senior experience in sport, youth development, education, community engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, charity development or a related field, and the ability to build fundable, inclusive and sustainable sports and wellbeing programmes that deliver measurable public benefit.
This role will suit a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who can bring people together, build trusted partnerships, secure support and position sport as a powerful vehicle for confidence, belonging, employability, social mobility and community impact.
