About the Role

Our client is seeking a Group Director of ALS & Inclusion to lead and develop a directorate that meets the support needs of learners. This pivotal role will shape strategic aims linked to inclusion and additional learning support, lead whole Group inclusion development and influence adaptive and inclusive approaches across the organisation. You will also line manage and coach heads of department, oversee EHCP provision and drive continuous improvement in inclusive teaching, learning and assessment.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
  • Teaching qualification at Cert Ed/PGCE or equivalent
  • Significant recent leadership experience in the education, skills or training sector
  • Support for SEND learners and budget management
  • Thorough understanding of FE funding methodologies, including Additional Support and High Needs funding
