Continua Learning Group brings together First Intuition, Decoded and SkillsLab, supporting learners and professionals throughout their careers. With around 650 colleagues, 23 locations and the backing of a PE investor, we're entering an exciting period of growth and transformation.

We're looking for an experienced Group Director of People to build and deliver our Group People strategy, lead a high-performing People function and partner closely with leaders across our businesses to enable growth, performance and an outstanding colleague experience.

The Role

As our senior People leader, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a Group-wide People strategy aligned to business growth and performance.
  • Lead People & HR as a high-performing Group Service across talent acquisition, business partnering, L&D, reward, employee relations, payroll, systems and operations.
  • Partner with business-unit leaders to develop workforce plans, organisational structures and leadership capability.
  • Balance Group-wide consistency with the flexibility individual businesses need to succeed.
  • Advise the Board and senior leadership teams on culture, succession, organisational effectiveness and people risk.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, leadership, talent and colleague experience across the Group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
