Group Director, Strategic Projects & Business Improvement
Salary: £85,000 – £90,000
Location: London

As we continue to deliver our ambitious Strategic Intent, we are seeking an outstanding individual for a key leadership role: Group Director, Strategic Projects & Business Improvement. Reporting to the Group Principal and CEO, this role will lead the transformation of college systems and processes to the benefit of our students and staff.

The Group Director, Strategic Projects & Business Improvement will lead a portfolio of transformational projects and business improvement initiatives across the College. Championing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, the postholder will work with colleagues across all departments to simplify processes, deliver efficiencies and drive sustainable change that supports our long-term strategic ambitions.
We are looking for a skilled, resilient and values-driven leader with the vision, credibility and leadership skills to inspire others and make a lasting impact. With your expertise in organisational transformation, you will lead a team of business analysts and project managers to deliver strategic projects.
