Job Description

To support key reporting and project activities across the international organisation, working closely with the Group ESG Manager to coordinate ESG, HR and Project Management activity. The role will help maintain momentum, support accountability and ensure reporting activities, project milestones and actions are delivered accurately and on time.

The role offers hands-on experience across ESG reporting, KPI management and carbon reduction initiatives; project coordination and practical Project Management disciplines; international stakeholder engagement; Group HR projects and employee communications; executive-level presentations, dashboards and reporting materials; Microsoft 365, digital collaboration and AI-assisted ways of working; and business improvement and cross-functional project delivery.

This role may suit someone wishing to develop a career in project coordination, programme management, ESG, sustainability, business operations or corporate reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of ESG reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection, validation and submission of sustainability KPIs across the Group.
  • Lead the coordination of corporate carbon footprint data collection and support on the carbon accounting activities to ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans together with the ESG Manager, providing project management of the governance frameworks, reporting schedules and action trackers.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple functions, departments and global locations to ensure alignment to dates of the agreed actions.
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality sustainability reports, dashboards, presentations and communications.
  • Support selected Group HR projects, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain momentum and accountability, ensuring reporting activities, project milestones and actions are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, governance and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Providing support administering the UTAC Way Awards, service anniversary emails and any other adhoc Group tasks and projects requiring support.
  • Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC staff at all times

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, is preferred but not essential.
  • Sustainability, Human Resources, Project Management support or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Relevant project management, ESG or reporting-related qualifications would be advantageous.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management support, business support, reporting, or business improvement activities within a corporate environment.
  • Experience producing management reports and presentation, dashboards, powerpoint presentations, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within ESG, sustainability reporting, HR operations, business transformation, or an international/global organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.

Skills

  • Strong project coordination, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and reporting cycles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis, reporting and presentation of complex information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and other collaborative working tools.
  • Strong data management, quality assurance, document formatting and proof reading skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to create clear, professional and visually engaging reports, presentations, dashboards, charts and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
  • Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all organisational levels.
  • Confidence using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency, reporting quality and stakeholder communications.
