As we continue to expand across London, we are actively hiring inspirational, enthusiastic, and engaging Strength & Conditioning Instructors across multiple clubs.
Strength & Conditioning at Third Space combines expert coaching with progressive training concepts designed to build stronger, fitter and more resilient athletes. Our signature classes, including Lift, Core, Force and Engine, deliver a comprehensive training experience that develops strength, stability, endurance and performance for members of all abilities.
What You’ll Do
As a Strength & Conditioning Instructor, you will:
- Deliver exceptional coaching across Third Space's Strength & Conditioning concepts, including Lift, Core, Force and Engine.
- Lead safe, engaging and results-driven group training sessions for members of all abilities.
- Provide expert technical instruction on strength training, movement mechanics and conditioning principles.
- Motivate and inspire members to achieve their individual fitness, performance and wellbeing goals.
- Adapt exercises and coaching approaches to accommodate varying experience levels and physical capabilities.
- Create an inclusive, energetic and community-focused training environment that drives member engagement and retention.
- Maintain the highest standards of class delivery, member experience and health & safety.
- Build strong relationships with members, providing ongoing support, encouragement and accountability.
- Embody and promote the Third Space brand, values and commitment to world-class coaching excellence.
- Collaborate with the wider fitness team to contribute to the continued success and evolution of the Strength & Conditioning offering.

What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in strength & conditioning style training
- Expertise in movement mechanics (instead of strength and conditioning style training)
- Proficient in programming assault bike, rowing and ski erg programming
- Experience coaching in studios using a microphone
- A strong passion for group fitness and creating an exceptional class experience
- A sense of fun, professionalism, musicality, and energy
- A bold personality and showmanship that captivates and inspires members
- Availability across multiple days
