The Opportunity
As Group Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing commercial insight that shapes strategy, supports growth, and delivers operational excellence across a diverse portfolio.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine financial expertise with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes. You'll play a key role in driving transformation, embedding continuous improvement initiatives, and helping the business leverage data and technology to make smarter decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with senior leadership teams to influence strategic and operational decision-making
- Delivering meaningful financial and commercial insight that drives action and improves performance
- Leading scenario planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, efficiency, and value creation
- Supporting key commercial activities including bids, contract renewals, business cases, and investment decisions
- Challenging assumptions, highlighting risks, and ensuring robust financial governance
- Building strong relationships across multiple functions, regions, and stakeholder groups
- Driving process improvements and championing a data-led, technology-enabled approach to finance
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience operating within a transformation, change, or continuous improvement environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight
- Strong understanding of financial drivers, performance metrics, and return on investment
- A confident communicator with the presence and credibility to operate at senior leadership level
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
