We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. As we scale our investment platform and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with commercial judgement and execution excellence.
Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.
About the Role
As we expand our portfolio of AI factories, GPU clusters, and supporting infrastructure, we are hiring a Group Finance Director to lead across financial reporting, financial planning, strategic finance and finance operations.
This is a highly visible role working directly with the executive team and shareholders that will interact with all parts of the business from procurement to operations. You will lead the finance function on a day-to-day basis and build scalable processes to support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Leadership and development of group finance functions, overseeing all aspects across; FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Operations
- Provide support for the process around acquisitions and strategic partnerships
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and suppliers ensuring best-in-class working capital management, overseeing AR, AP, payroll
- Manage debt compliance in project finance and SPV environment, managing complex organization structure
- Manage customer and supplier onboarding as well as shareholder requests
- Develop and review the annual budget, forecast, and scenario planning process and facilitate monthly business reviews, ensuring the constant measurement of business performance against target
- Implement strategies to enhance profit margins through effective pricing, cost control, and operational efficiencies. Own monitoring of key customer and supplier contracts and collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for margin improvement and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Document and improve current finance processes, identifying manual workarounds, control gaps, and opportunities for automation
- Lead or support finance system improvements, reporting enhancements, and implementation projects, with external support where required
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess ROI, funnel conversion across customer segments
- Lead scenario modelling and commercial forecasting to support data-led decision-making
- Oversee group financial reporting to ensure delivery of timely consolidated management accounts, statutory reporting, and performance of regular audits
- Interface directly with Senior Leadership Team and shareholders
- Drive continuous improvement and utilize AI to drive a world-class financial reporting and control function
- Develop and track key commercial KPIs and dashboards to drive accountability and performance
- Prepare board packs and present key insights to PE investors
- Lead treasury operations, liquidity management, and cash forecasting

What You'll Bring
- Qualified accountant with previous experience as a group finance director in a PE-backed business, managing a broad range of activities across a finance function
- Demonstrated experience in leading the build-out of scalable finance operations
- Experience working in multi-jurisdictional operating landscapes including establishing presence in new jurisdictions
- Strong working VAT compliance and tax compliance knowledge with experience of preparing/reviewing and filing VAT and annual tax returns
- Experience managing transfer pricing assessments and compliance
- Strong treasury, liquidity management, and risk management expertise
- Strong conceptual and financial skills and ability to envision the “big picture,” while being “hands-on” and maintaining close attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for the AI infrastructure ecosystem, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving ability

Nice to Have
- Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, power, utilities, or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure, hyperscaler ecosystems, or energy markets
- Exposure to power markets and commodity hedging
