Senior Group Reporting Manager
£100,000 - £110,000 + benefits + bonus Large, complex organisation BAU and change role with 2 reports Central London Hybrid Working Fixed Term Contract for 24 months Maximum 1-month notice period (short notice preferred)
We are hiring a Senior Group Reporting Manager for a 2-year fixed-term contract based in Central London with flexible hybrid working.
This is primarily a Business as Usual (BAU) role, but you will also play a key part in supporting an ongoing finance change and transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities:
- Lead BAU Reporting: Own the preparation of complex group financial statements, subsidiary accounts, and managed joint venture filings.
- Support Finance Change: Represent Group Reporting in finance transformation initiatives, embedding new reporting, data, and control requirements.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Deliver IFRS advice, prepare technical audit papers, and guide the business on complex accounting judgements.
- Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and coach a team of 2 qualified professionals while setting reporting standards for the wider finance function.

Your Skills & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a background in a large company/corporate function or a top-tier practice environment.
- Extensive experience managing complex consolidations and preparing high-quality group accounts.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of coaching qualified professionals and influencing senior stakeholders.
