We are partnering with a highly innovative, private equity-backed organisation with ambitious growth plans. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre finance team and work alongside some exceptionally talented and experienced finance leaders who are passionate about developing future finance talent.
This role would particularly suit a recently qualified ACA or an individual making their second move from a Top 10 accountancy practice, who is looking for broader exposure beyond traditional financial reporting.
Your new role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Group Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting group reporting, technical accounting, financial governance and strategic finance projects across multiple entities.
Alongside the core finance responsibilities, you will be heavily involved in a variety of projects, supporting business transformation initiatives, process improvements, acquisitions and wider growth activities.

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA qualified, ideally trained within a Top 10 accountancy practice.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience of group consolidations and statutory reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a natural curiosity and desire to improve processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within a growing business.
