Group Finance Manager - £100k + bonus - Central London (1-2 days in the office)

We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to recruit a Group Finance Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of group reporting activities within a complex, multinational environment. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help drive process improvement across a high-performing finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting deliverables.
  • Support the production of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and strengthen financial controls across the group reporting process.
  • Partner with finance teams across multiple business units and jurisdictions.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements.
  • Support external audit requirements and wider finance transformation initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Experience within financial services, ideally insurance, banking, asset management or a regulated environment.
  • Exposure to group consolidations and IFRS reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the confidence to challenge and investigate financial results.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of consolidation/reporting systems such as Oracle, HFM or FCCS would be advantageous.
