Interim Finance Manager | Real Estate | 6 months | £450-550 umbrella depending on experience.
I'm working with a well-known listed business in the property sector to hire an Interim Finance Manager, the role could extend!
Key responsibilities:
- Support statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and financing obligations.
- Prepare group consolidated accounts for year and half-year end.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports, providing clear variance analysis and commercial insight.
- Analyse financial performance, identify key trends and exceptions, and deliver meaningful commentary to support decision-making.
- Produce sales and financial forecasts, period-end adjustments, and operational reporting.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of financial data, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Develop and maintain accounting processes, controls, and documentation, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work closely with the external accounting provider to deliver high-quality financial reporting and support the wider business.
