Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: London - office-based role.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing multiple staff members. Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their development and performance.
- Develop and implement financial and data-driven strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Utilize new digital / cloud-based technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across the group.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Responsible for group-wide KPI reporting.
- Ownership of 7-home reporting pack.
- Banking administration.
- Acquisition integration support (when required).
- Systems ownership (Found, QuickBooks, Modulr).

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance management role, with a track record of managing multiple staff members.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen.
- Proficiency in financial software and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is a significant advantage.
