My client is a growing and profitable market leading B2B Industrial Services business with depots across the UK and with t/o now exceeding £120m.
The company is currently undergoing a period of significant internal re-structure to support its forward growth strategy and has recently centralised its entire Finance function under a new ERP systems platform at its HO in Newcastle-u-Lyme, Staffordshire.
As a result, the CFO seeks a capable ACA Interim professional with strong Financial reporting and ERP systems/controls skills/experience to support the new Central Finance Team.
This will be a hands-on, on site 4-6 month Interim Contract based here at the HO.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Finance Team to bed in and resolve various financial process and reporting issues within the recently implemented new ERP system.
- Coach and support the development of more junior Accounts and Transactional Processing team members - the Accounts Payable function is a specific area needing strengthening prior to a new perm AP Manager being appointed.
- Develop and improve the timely delivery of robust Financial Reporting/Consolidation processes.
- Overall, to work closely with the CFO and Group Financial Controller to ensure the smooth and seamless transition onto the new integrated ERP system.

My client requires a technically strong qualified accountant (likely ACA) who is available to start by mid September latest.
You will also need to have ERP Accounting experience, preferably within a multi-site business structure.
Based on the hands-on on site requirement for this Interim role, the successful candidate will need to be located within maximum 1-hour commuting range of Newcastle-u-Lyme/Stoke region.
Professional Day Rate: £450-550/day
