Description

Corston is a fast-growing, design-led business with operations across the UK, Europe and the US. As we continue to expand internationally, we're investing in our Finance team to ensure we have the systems, controls and insights needed to support the next phase of our growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Group Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting across the Group while supporting strategic decision-making, financial control and international growth.

This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to group reporting, international operations, budgeting, cash flow management, audit, financial controls and business improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Group Finance Director and finance teams across our global operations, you will help drive continuous improvement across the finance function while supporting the business as it continues to scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional looking to develop their career within a fast-growing, profitable and internationally expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Finance Director in the preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts across multiple legal entities and countries.
  • Analyse monthly financial results, investigate variances and provide meaningful commentary to senior management.
  • Manage the month-end close process for designated entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and support finance teams across global offices to ensure timely and consistent financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain Group cash flow forecasts, including variance analysis against actual performance.
  • Support the establishment of new legal entities, including finance process implementation and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts and long-term financial planning.
  • Support the Group year-end audit, acting as a key contact for external auditors and coordinating audit deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency across the Group.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including systems enhancements and process automation where appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships with finance and operational teams across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
