Job Title: Group Finance Manager
We are partnering with a pioneering, Series B VC backed AI Automation B2B SaaS platform experiencing rapid global expansion.
Role Overview
As the Group Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Finance Director in a lean, and fast-paced team with high ownership and impact with senior leaders.
This is a newly created role and ideal candidate would be available on short notice (immediate to 2 weeks max) as can hire and onboard quickly to support FD.
This is a newly created role and need someone on a temp to perm basis, initially 3m contract then permanent. They would prefer hiring temp to perm opposed to only a contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Ownership & Consolidation: Take end-to-end ownership of producing and consolidating complex monthly accounts and statutory financial statements across multiple international jurisdictions.
- International Tax & Compliance: Oversee group taxation, compliance, and strict regulatory reporting across the UK, US, and EU entity.
- Global Expansion & Intercompany Architecture: Support the US scale-up by implementing, structuring, and maintaining robust intercompany agreements, transfer pricing, and recharge mechanisms.
- Operational Finance & Supplier Portals: Oversee the financial workflows governing enterprise B2B client relationships, including the optimization and management of enterprise supplier portals.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, guiding, and managing a high-potential, partly qualified (PQ) team member to foster professional growth.
- Process Automation (AI Champion): Practice what the company preaches. Identify opportunities within the existing framework to develop processes, eliminate manual tasks, and champion AI-driven finance tools.

Ideal Candidate Background
- Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA (newly Qual to 5 years post qual)
- Audited or produced Group Accounts with US entities including consolidations and inter-company agreements
- Understanding of US and UK tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting frameworks
- Experienced in a fast-paced startup ideally VC backed
- SaaS industry experience is ideal
- Process improvement, build processes, and automate workflows with AI
- Xero is desirable but not essential

Job Details
- Location: Remote role in UK. Ideally candidate would be within 3 hour commute of London as they meet once per month in co-working office.
- Reporting to: Finance Director (FD)
- Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)
- Company Stage: Venture Capital-backed (Series B) | High-Growth AI Automation B2B SaaS
- Team Structure: Lean, high-caliber finance function
